The Careers Edit: Wellbeing Takeover
event details
The Event
We are taking over the entire venue at The Ministry for a morning of wellbeing. Four fitness classes from some of your favourite instructors and our friends at Gymshark will be leading a very special GS X TCE run club (yep, that’s right!!).
We know you have loved our wellbeing events over the years and have been working on plans to go even bigger and better. The venue, owned by The Ministry of Sound, has some beautiful spaces for fitness classes, including its sun soaked terrace. We will also have a dedicated space throughout the day designed to bring the community together. Combined with a very special offering from our friends at Free Soul, you will be enjoying some healthy snacks, shakes and much more!!
How it works
Tickets can be booked for all of the various classes and the run club individually. Your ticket will secure you access to The Ministry where you can enjoy time with both TCE members, and some of our friends from The Ministry, before and after your class/run with complimentary shakes and healthy snacks as well as as options from The Ministry’s bar and kitchen.
As with all of our wellbeing events, it’s not just about working out, it’s about sharing time with the community and creating opportunities to build relationships!!
Classes & Instructors
Our fabulous guest instructors include, health and fitness legends @millyg_fit and @lucy_xfit taking classes outside on the beautiful terrace.
Milly will be taking a “Full Body Sweat Session”: think resistance bands, body weight exercises and light weights. The perfect class to get the heart rate up for all levels.
Lucy’s class “Strong and Functional Legs”: a fun and functional leg session. Picture a little bit of everything, body weight sets, resistant band work and light weight movements. This workout will get your legs burning and help guide you on how to build a good base for any functional training such as running
Inside, we have Jake Seymour, Head of Fitness and Community lead at ONE London, making “The White Space” his own for the morning with two “Careers Edit Special” Classes: Inspired by Functional Fitness, expect synchronised pairs work, sweat and digging deep with your friends. Combining high intensity and strength training work in a motivating environment!
Maya Raichoora is one of the UK’s leading mental fitness and visualisation experts. In the venue's beautifully curated studio, The Box. Maya will lead guests through a guided visualisation to help you find clarity, define your vision and feel ready to make it happen!
TCE X Gymshark Run Club: We are super excited to be teaming up with one of London’s most popular run clubs. The Venue
The Ministry is more than a workspace, it's a holistic approach to working. Made for a modern lifestyle with emphasis on flexibility, quality, and connection. Designed to offer a space that not only inspires you to leave home, but never want to leave.
Taking inspiration from sister club Ministry of Sound, hospitality and entertainment are woven through the lifestyle at The Ministry. With a dynamic, weekly changing cultural events calendar designed to inspire and connect, members can look forward to live music, panel talks, wine tastings, creative workshops, cocktail masterclasses and more.
A sprawling industrial event space hosts everything from conferences to fashion shows, music showcases and even weddings. Whilst the weekly fitness and wellness schedule, headed up by industry leaders, offers balance to work and social life.
With the opportunity to sweat it out at HIIT, yoga, mobility, strength and conditioning and cardio classes in the downstairs specialised fitness studio. Or if training if your thing, the state-of-the-art gym features top of the range equipment - complete with lighting, sound and tech to rival Ministry of Sound. Fluffy towels, showers and a vanity area ensure you leave better than when you walked in.
