Chris has assumed pivotal leadership roles, serving as the CEO of Rugby Centurions, Chief People Officer at the National Rehabilitation Centre, Director of International Relations at Invictus Games USA, and Head of Leadership and Management at the Royal Air Force. Notably, his design of the Soldier On Mentoring Programme in Sydney earned the prestigious title of Australia’s best Training and Development Programme of the year. Chris’s impact extends beyond accolades, as through his coaching and leadership programs, he has empowered FTSE 100 companies to accomplish their goals.
